Today myself n hubby brought Mak n children to Mawalleh. Our favourite ‘Yemen’s Mandi Rice’. The rice looks like any other briyani rice but the taste… ummpphh… u have to taste it to believe it! The rice is steam cooked in a Yemen’s traditional way. We just love it. It is super delicious yummy.
We ordered the beef, chicken n fish. The beef was so juicy n tender. We just thought maybe they have cooked that a few days before.. hehehehhe.. We even love their big huge bread. It’s so soft n delicious.
The place is normally full n pack during lunch hour. We were lucky to get the place as they had extended the family room, so now it is more spacious. So to our newcomer- Mak, Faizah, Nurul n Iman.. they love the food so much. They even eat more than what they expected.
I would give 6 stars to this restaurant! Once u have taste the rice, when u go back to Malaysia u can never eat our local briyani anymore..
